Sales of Linde refrigeration technology to Carrier

1 October 2004 – Linde Kältetechnik GmbH & Co. KG was transferred with legal effects coming into force on this day from Linde AG to Carrier, a concern company of United Technologies Corporation (UTC).
In doing so, sale of Linde Kältetechnik to Carrier was finally implemented according to the plan negotiated on 15 March 2004
New web site

Carrier - Linde Frigera is the first of the European Carrier branches to boast a new web site, which has been created in the same design as the new global Carrier portal.
Further to this, the new web site has been created in accordance with all standards for the creation of WWW pages by the W3C international consortium and also fulfils the criteria for web pages with access for the disabled.
Canteen in Myto plant has been reconstructed

The complete rebuilding of the canteen in Myto plant was launched January 17. After a two months long canteen reconstruction, the Managing Director along with the first employee going for lunch cut the ceremonial ribbon on Thursday 13 March.
