Protection of personal information
Information about customers is stored in accordance with the valid laws of the Czech Republic, especially with the law on protection of personal information no. 101/2000 Coll. as amended by later amendments and regulations. Linde Frigera spol. s r.o. uses all information gained from customers exclusively for the internal requirements of the company and does not provide such information to third parties. Without the explicit consent of the customer, Linde Frigera spol. s r.o. handles their personal information only and exclusively to the extent permitted by the law on protection of personal information, above all in article 5 para. 2 clause b) and in article 5 para. 6.
