Quality policy

• Quality is determined by the customer
  Products and services must always completely accommodate the requirements of our customers as well as their wishes. It is our satisfied customers that have made us what we are.
• Quality concerns each of us
  The quality of our products and services is influenced directly or indirectly by every single one of our employees and each or our activities. This is the reason our products are of such a high quality.
• Quality must be produced
  Quality cannot be ensured through output checks alone as was understood to be the case until now. Quality must be evident in each of our processes and must be evaluated for each of these processes. For this reason, we evaluate quality from the very beginning to the very end.
• Each of us is a customer and a supplier at one time
  Each on-house department or worker to whom we hand over the result of our work is a customer and also a supplier when they hand on the result of their work to another worker.
• Quality requires culture and responsibility
  The creation of a quality environment of mutual cooperation and confidence between workers and departments provides significantly better conditions for quality work than mutual suspicion. For this reason we work together like a living organism in Carrier Refrigeration Operation CZ .
• Provision of quality is a never-ending process

And we are constantly improving.

  The company’s efforts are focused on constantly decreasing the negative impact of its activities on the environment. For this reason, environmental protection is our philosophy.
